Counseling provides a safe place for people to talk about and work through their situation.  I believe that people obtain counseling whenever they need help with personal matters.  Life may not be running as smoothly as they  would like for it too or maybe there is a specific problem that a person needs to be able to talk about in order to work it out.

My counseling approach is Adlerian and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while using eclectic techniques. In counseling, you can expect to work with me as your partner. Our relationship will be one of mutual trust, respect, and sincerity. You can expect me to use a variety of counseling techniques. Some techniques that are used to assist with this process are empathy, education, encouragement and fostering the sense of fellowship or togetherness.
